Jens Hjorth-Larsen

Jens is the CEO of Rud Pedersen Public Affairs Denmark. He is an accomplished senior professional with a diverse background in communications, public affairs, and consulting across a broad range of industries.

Jens began his career in the Danish Parliament working for the Social Democratic Party where he built a strong network amongst MPs and advisors across the political spectrum and gained an in-depth understanding of the political and legislative processes. He left parliament to join McKinsey & Company as a management consultant, where he honed his strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. He later joined the global leadership development firm Potential Project where he coached C-suite leaders on personal and organizational development before his most recent position as COO at a leading communications agency, where he developed a deep understanding of the intersection between business, communications, and public affairs.

Jens holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Copenhagen and a Master’s degree in Political Communication from Goldsmiths University London.
